Introduction

The standard of living currently found in the world today is directly correlated to the consumption of energy and how that energy is obtained.  At the same time that the population is growing, the energy supply is being depleted.  This inverse relationship (and with a finite supply of natural resources) will create energy shortages if the current energy status is maintained.  The reasons to care about energy are many in number and high in importance.  Though covering all of these reasons is infeasible, this blog will try to highlight points of interests pertaining to energy sustainability.
